Well, who would have thought that I'd have to post something on here effectively with a gun to my head. If this account is terminated, it will not have been due to inactivity.

So while I'm here, what's new? Let's see. Elon has bestowed me with the honor of being the only person he has ever sued. That lasted all of two weeks once I'd been served.

Now, I'm counter-suing him and his lawyers for malicious prosecution and libel, among other legal claims.

Which lawyers will the Hardcore Litigation Team members hire to represent them? More Hardcore Litigation Team members?

Just a quick summary:

1. Elon encourages the public to e-mail him.
2. I e-mail him.
3. Elon libels a critic in response.
4. The critic sues Elon for libel.
5. Elon loses his anti-SLAPP motion.
6. Elon loses his anti-SLAPP motion again (on appeal).
7. Elon gets Hardcore lawyers.

8. Elon and new Hardcore lawyers come up with the idea of pinning his libel on me.
9. Judge says nope.
10. Elon does it anyway and sues me by having Hardcore lawyers copy and paste lies, some from Wikipedia.
11. I file a motion for sanctions.
12. Libel case settles last minute.

13. I counter-sue Elon and Hardcore lawyers for libel.

That's right. What started out as a friendly, polite e-mail conversation turned into two libel claims (and a bunch more) against Elon Musk.
