If you don't have $10k in the bank, you're broke.

Read this if you're in your 20s and want to win the game of life:

Kids love going to the club.

But it's only good for one thing:

Celebration.

And I'll be honest, I used to be the one partying and having a good time.

But then I realized.

I had zero business going out while I was young & dumb.

And you don't either.

When you're young, you should spend every waking moment working.

You are young.
You have energy.
You are motivated.

So you should spend that energy wisely.

I used to be a server at Red Lobster.

I'd work open to close:

• Friday
• Saturday
• Sunday

And I'd take any extra shifts I could get.

All of a sudden:

Without wasting money.
Without trying to flex.
Without going out.

I had $10,000 saved in the bank.

That $10k helped me:

• Get my real estate license
• Learn some new skills
• Quit my day job

And I was just 18 at the time.

If I were stupid and went out all the time, I wouldn't be where I am today.

Now, I'm:

• 23 years old
• CEO of 2 companies
• Have a beautiful family

And it was worth every second.

Your friends might call you lame.
Your friends might still go out.
Your friends might leave.

But when you have a 6 or 7-figure business and they're stuck at a job they hate, you'll be thankful.
