This is the best COVID-19 related visualization I've seen. It was created by Kevin Simler, one of my all-time favorite writers. It's a "playable simulation," meaning that you can change the variables to visualize how they impact the spread of a disease. If you like these visualizations, I also recommend this one from the Washington Post.
