Power Broker because it's about the forces that actually design and shape cities i.e. politics, power, influence and private interests. Reading it and using Charlie Munger's inversion principle might be a good way to design future cities.

"The Power Broker was the best book I ever read. But having said that, it's got a thousand errors. Robert Moses had more power than any urban figure in American history. He built incredible monuments that the city needs. He was ruthless and arrogant and honest."
