Middlesex - beautiful story about immigration, gender, social classes

If non-fiction is an option, The 1619 Project. I like all the Middlemarches on here though. I just wrote it on my to-read the other day. I read Middlesex a few years ago and was confused because I realized I conflated them. V good book, just very different.

War and peace? (He he) favourite favourite might be Middlesex by Jeffrey eugenides already tried it? But I do see that it comes in just under at 544 pages. A saga of a beautiful tale. Cross oceans genders the works 🤗
