The FTC has filed in federal court for a restraining order against @Intuit over "the deceptive claim that consumers can file their taxes for free using TurboTax when in truth" they often cannot.

For those following the TurboTax "Free" saga, it looks like the FTC has gotten lots of internal emails.

In one, an Intuit staffer hails "the ability to block" the truly free version of TurboTax as a potentially "great solution" if it ranks too high in search engine results
