For people who want an overview of what changed, I do recommend Bjarne's Tour Of C++ book, but it needs another update. There's also my "important parts" series on YouTube

Another awesome C++ book I just got in the other day is C++ Crash Course. This was just released a few weeks ago by @nostarch and is geared towards those with more experience with C++. Definitely recommend.
