"The Boy Crisis" by Warren Farrell PhD. I cried so much. "The Omni Americans and other collected writings" by Albert Murray Number 1 though, "The Gulag Archipelago" by Alexander Solzhenitsyn Absolutely soul crushing. I cried in front of my wife and children while reading it.
