Airbnb revenue update:
We're in the slow season so revenue across all 13 units (on 5 properties) was down $1k from October to $43k in November.
No active projects at the moment so we're still cash flowing a decent amount.

It's now been a year since we bought our fancy modern house for $890k. In those 12 months it's made $127k in revenue.
The only property we added in 2022 was my family cabin (where I grew up) 45 minutes outside of Boise.
The remodel is beautiful, but unfortunately it's not doing great on Airbnb. It's covering costs (and we stay for free), but I'm hoping it picks up next year.

We just passed $500k in total revenue this year.
I had projected an $585k in revenue. The summer started well (even with one of our remodels being late), but then demand dropped substantially in July.
Now we're $39k behind the forecast.
Still really happy with this business.

We're not buying anything right now since I'm focused on ConvertKit, rates are high, & prices haven't really dropped in Boise.
When we do another project I'd like to do a couple's getaway like what @isaacfrench_ is doing with Live Oak Lake or Seth & Tori Bolt with treehouses.
