Grian Chatten’s solo debut is nothing short of mesmerizing. He’s a brilliant musician, whose band Fontaines D.C. has been awarded the best band in the world at NME Awards and best international group at Brit Awards. Their second album is Grammy nominated.

One of the classics. Was on my to-read list for a while. It’s a very fun and original comic if you’re looking for a light read.

Another Barbie inspired recommendation. The film satirically and very obviously mocks mansplaining. So here is the book of origin for mansplaining (although Solnit was not the one who created the term). An absolute must-read of feminism literature.

She is the writer for this one. Directed by Noah Baumbach.

Barbie was unsurprisingly brilliant. Here are some other Greta Gerwig films to watch. She just might be my most favorite filmmaker. Starting from Lady Bird. In my absolute Top 3.

Absurd, Tarantinoesque, gory, Nazi killing, gold hunting. Crazy stuff.

PJ Harvey’s latest album is deep, moody and brilliant. A very tasteful listen if you love Radiohead, Nick Cave, Fiona Apple, Kate Bush etc. Or you may be just liking PJ Harvey (since she’s a legend, you know)
