Rowena He or He Xiaoqing (Traditional Chinese: 何曉清; Simplified Chinese: 何晓清; b. 1972) is a history scholar on the 1989 Tiananmen Square protests and massacre. She was an Associate Professor at the Department of History in the Chinese University of Hong Kong until October 2023, when she lost her position after Hong Kong authorities denied her a visa extension to return from a period of leave in the United States.
