Daily Stoic. Even though it is long, it needs to be read at a pace of a page a day. I am enjoying it a ton. The consistency is helpful to reflect and review.

Principles by Ray Dalio was great. For a certain type of person it's quite a life-altering experience. Not sure if it's the "best book" this year yet.. still reading a few more. But it's up there. in the top 5.
