Kara Cooney

An archaeologist specializing in ancient Egypt. Received a PhD in Near Eastern Studies from Johns Hopkins University. Was part of archaeological teams excavating in Egypt and worked on exhibitions at the National Gallery of Art and the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. Currently conducting research on coffin reuse in ancient Egypt.
