Co-authored scientific papers on generating neural subtypes for disease research and benchmarking stem cell lines' ability to produce motor neurons. Completed a PhD and master's degree in molecular and cellular biology at Harvard University. Awarded prestigious fellowships, including the National Science Foundation Fellowship, the Rowland Fellowship, and the Women & the Brain Fellowship for Advancement in Brain Science. Pioneered deep learning tools for neural and behavioral analysis. Founded the Mathis Lab at Harvard's Rowland Institute.
