Best book on hiring I’ve come across: Who by Geoff Smart and Randy Street. No fluff. Super tactical. Immediately putting their frameworks into practice for both Ship 30 and Typeshare. Highly recommend for anyone looking to craft a strong hiring framework & funnel.
