Great paper, most importantly w/actionable tools the reader can put into place immediately.

Such a brilliant paper, & it seems a confirmatory study is being planned (hopefully w/follow-up!?). Am a big proponent of the physiological sigh & look forward to more research into it (incl. my own). Meditation community may question the type of mindfulness meditation used here.
